Coaching with me is an investment that I take very seriously and I only work with people who are FULLY ready to commit. Are you prepared and willing to make a premium investment into your physical and mental health, nutrition goals and a coaching program?
I am a weight-neutral Dietitian, meaning the work we do together is not going to be focused on your weight or the number on the scale. However, much of what we do together will improve your metabolism, energy, mood, sleep, and other factors that may result in positive changes in your weight or body composition. I will also work with you on your relationship with food, which can result in positive behaviors that support better weight management.
